Description: The air suspension assembly consists of three parts: ① the air suspension unit, ② mechanical accessories, and ③ fastening components. Here, X‑X denotes the Xth component within the Xth part; for example, in section ①, the air suspension unit, 5‑3 refers to the third component of the fifth part of the air suspension unit.

Installation

When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure proper alignment and that the position meets the specified center-to-center spacing requirements.
The welding ground wire must be connected only to the axle body, and grounding through rotating wheel components should be avoided.

Settings

Optional components such as ABS ring gears and sensors can be selected as needed.

Use

After the new vehicle’s initial break-in period, and again after 15 days of operation, or following each tire change, the wheel nuts must be tightened to the specified torque using a torque wrench, in the prescribed sequence.
Use the specified lubricant and avoid using incompatible oils.
Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle, and regularly inspect and replace its components.
