Founded in 1998, the company occupies an area of 18,000 square meters and is a specialized manufacturer of metal bellows compensators for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and cable trays.
At the end of 1999, the company began supplying metal bellows compensators and cable trays for GIS to Xi’an Xikai High‑Voltage Electrical Co., Ltd. In June 2002, it was recognized by Xikai as a “Trusted Supplier,” and has continued to provide supporting products ever since. Through years of dedicated effort, the market coverage of the company’s metal bellows compensators and cable trays for GIS has steadily expanded. In recent years, the company has supplied equipment for several key State Grid projects, including the Qinghai Hainan Tala Substation Project, the Shanghaimiao–Linyi ±800 kV UHV DC Transmission Line Project, the Lingzhou Converter Station ±800 kV UHV DC Transmission Project, the Zhalute Converter Station Project in Inner Mongolia, the Shapotou 750 kV Substation in Ningxia, the Northern Shaanxi–Wuhan UHV DC Transmission Project, the second-phase expansion of the Shahu 1000 kV Substation in Ningxia, the Baihetan Project within the Three Gorges Project, and the Wudongde Hydropower Station. Internationally, the company has also participated in projects such as the Jurong Expansion Project in Singapore, the Missan Power Station Project in Iraq, and a typical substation project in Iran.
The company boasts a comprehensive quality assurance system, a full range of testing capabilities, state-of-the-art production equipment, and outstanding technical R&D expertise. It is equipped with advanced specialized manufacturing and inspection facilities, including high-speed gantry machining centers, large CNC lathes, automatic longitudinal welding machines, heavy‑tonnage four‑column hydraulic presses, fully automatic bellows forming machines, dedicated automatic circumferential seam welders, hydraulic swing‑type shearing machines, open‑type tilting presses, hydraulic plate‑bending machines, laser cutting machines, environmentally friendly sandblasting, painting, and drying systems, X‑ray nondestructive testing rooms, electronic universal testing machines, and sulfur hexafluoride gas‑tightness test benches.
The company obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system in January 2002, secured a Class B manufacturing license for metal bellows expansion joints issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation in October 2007, and was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2022.
