After-sales service commitment
(1) According to the contract, establish user files, timely process user feedback information, and fulfill the promise to users.
(2) Carry out visits to users from time to time, and extensively solicit users' opinions on the company's product quality and service. General users can solicit, inquire, and make records through letters or telephone.
(3) Implement 24-hour emergency response system services and provide technical training.
(4) In case of quality problems, the company will send technicians to the product use site to deal with quality accidents and make investigation records. Add, refund or exchange according to the product situation, and conduct management review when necessary.
Technical Safeguard Measures Commitment
(1) The company is responsible for providing equipment in accordance with the contract and submitting corresponding data, drawings and necessary tools.
(2) our free training user technical personnel, trained personnel should have a certain mechanical basic knowledge. The training place is arranged at the operation site of the system equipment, and the training time and place can be arranged according to the specific requirements of the user (contract terms).
(3) After training, the user's technical personnel can eliminate general faults. The faults that the user cannot eliminate should be notified to our company in time, and the company will send technical personnel to solve them.
Parts maintenance commitment
Our company adheres to the credit policy, strictly implements the contract, and delivers the goods according to the place, time, specification and quantity required by the contract. If the construction period is delayed due to our company's delivery reasons or product quality problems, our company is willing to bear all economic losses. For damage accidents caused by non-product quality reasons, our company also unconditionally provides spare parts, participates in maintenance services, and only charges costs.
