Stainless steel metal hoses are high-performance flexible components widely used in modern industrial piping systems. They consist of a stainless steel corrugated tube externally reinforced with one or more layers of wire or steel‑strip braiding, and are fitted at both ends with fittings or flanged connectors for conveying various media. Their key features include excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding resistance to both high and low temperatures (−196°C to +420°C), light weight, compact size, and superior flexibility.

Main uses:

1. Transporting corrosive chemical media or organic solvents (e.g., nitrogen water, acetone, etc.). 2. Transporting high‑temperature gases, hot oils, and other elevated‑temperature media (e.g., steam, heat transfer oil, etc.). 3. Transporting cryogenic or ultra‑cryogenic media (e.g., liquid nitrogen). 4. Transporting water, gasoline, and other media under high‑temperature conditions (e.g., in water‑vapor and hydraulic systems of steelmaking, coking, and continuous casting equipment). 5. Pipelines requiring vibration damping or noise reduction (e.g., at pump inlets and outlets).
